Family law court is an extension of abuse by husband?

If you fear court, then an abusive man can drag you into court under any pretext - eek, she wanted to see me - she saw me for two hours, that's STALKING...and the court itself is used by the man as an extension of the abuse.

So fuck everything
My husband knows I am terrified of public speaking and keeps trying to get me into divorce court, or now domestic violence court...
He can lie and lie as I can't go into a court building.
My life is over

I wish I was dead
I have five children. I have brought them up well. They are wonderful people.

How can I go on? The youngest is twelve.
 
that's why we get attorny's to do our talking for us. Float a loan, do whatever you need, but hire an attorney. It's amazing how another person can just ruin our lives when they know our weak areas. Your's is like a phobia. You need to start pushing yourself. You are NOT that delicate. Stand up for yourself and don't let that creep bring you down. It is NOT the end of the world..... only if you let it. You're just depressed and scared. Fight it.... Good luck to you and you can certainly write to me if you want. I have to push myself all the time these days!!!
