Family Guy is the UK missing Episodes?

I'm a fan of FG and it appears that the USA boxsets contain more Episodes than the UK boxsets. So before I try to buy the Region 1 boxsets, I'd like to know are we missing Episodes or are they split up differently in the UK?
 
They are split differently. They normal say take the last few episodes of one series and a few episodes from the next series as long as they have already been shown in the UK.
 
well I have bought the first 6 series so far and discovered early on differences between the R1 and R2 boxsets.

As far as I can see to date I have every episode I expect to have.

Stick to one or the other and you should be fine.
