My dad, his brother and brother in law opened an international grocery store together. It's been about 8 years since we've had the store, and it was very successful but they keep fighting over decisions and everything. It's causing fights in all three families. For my dad and his brother, it's there second source of income but they act as if it's there life. We never go away on vacation. My dad is never home. He's at work during the day and at the store in the evening. He only comes home to eat and sleep.
And when he does come home he's always complaining to my mom about his brother and brother-in-law and how they had a fight, and then when my mom tries to calm him down he ends up fighting with my mom.
This is affecting our family so much. What should we do?
