My boyfriend is in jail for no fault, he's ex wife went and follow him to where he was going with he's brother. she attacked him and hit him he has scratch marks on he's arms and face he tried to defend him self from her. he went home after that happen. he's wife niece called the police and they went to look for him at home and took him into coustody. he neve put one finger on her and so they were witness when she attacked him. I need your help please! what would happend when he goes to court on Tuesday?
