False Advertising Sprint $42.50 per line Plan?

I saw on TV an advertisement by Sprint for their Everything Data Family with Any Mobile, Anytime plan for $42.50 per line. When you call to get this plan you have four phones on the plan to get it...but wait, it's still more than the advertised price...it's $52.49 for each phone. Isn't this FALSE advertising?

I currently have two phones on a similar plan that cost me $129.99 per month and wanted to switch to the better price. I was told I needed to add two phones to do this even though the TV ad (which I have recorded) does NOT say this?

Is there anything that can be done about what appears to be FALSE advertising?

The key word is: Plans STARTING at $42.50 per line - other monthly charges apply.... Read the whole thing.

Looks like you can add new phones at $19.99/line.
