I was trying to trigger the quest with arcade gannon so i took him to he fort. He talked to me and i did the right response and everything but he didn't talk to me the second time like it says he would in FALLOUT wiki. So i took him back to the fort and got my rep with the followers of the apocalypse to idolised. The option for gannon to follow me only comes up when i have veronica with me. I told her to scram right after and the option went away, gannon wont follow me unless the options there. Is this a bug?

Im pretty sure im hated by ceasar, considering i killed him. And whether you like it or not this is the fourth fallout game you idiot, so i can call it that if i choose.
