I lost Arcade Israel Gannon. I was between the Strip(North Gate) and Freeside and when i went into the other city he was not there anymore. i went back and he wasnt there. He is also not in the Old Mormon Fort. Does anybody know if he has a reset point or anything like that so that i can find him?
