Fallout 3 Tesla Armor Backpack?

Has anyone been able to find the Tesla Armor backpack on the Xbox 360? I have been scouring forums for a while now, and all I can find are PC users who got it with the console commands. If anyone knows any locations or tips please share the wealth.
 
Yea I found it in the Enclave home base, when you are running out of the tower, if you make the computer go into a paradox and kill itself, you run out of the tower and you see a soldier wearing it and u kill him and take it while your running from the exploding building
