So I was playing Fallout 3 The Game of the year edition on my PS3 and I was having some Questions. If I do a quest at level 5 and get armor as a reward, would the armor be better if I did the quest at level 25? Do I get more V.A.T.S. points as I become higher levels? I just started the Agatas song mission as a level 13, and I gave her the violin, but she only gave me her radio signal, and I know that she could give me her key to something with a scoped .44 magnum called Blackhawk or something, so I reloaded to a point were I didn't give her the violin, and I'm wondering if I give the violin at a higher level, will I get Blackhawk?
