fallout 3 museum of history?

can someone plz tell me how to find it?
ive been throught tons of metros! im at the museum of technology and know its close (ive played before but its been awhile) and iwant charon as a follower but i cant find the place!
 
Stand at the front gate of the Museum of Technology, turn left and start walking. Keep walking till you're at the corner of the fence surrounding the Washington Monument. Turn right there and look a bit farther to the right, you should be looking pretty much at the Museum of History. If you need a bit more specific directions, from that corner walk along the front of the fence surrounding the Washington Monument, till you reach the far wall. Turn right there and walk along till you come to a large opening on the left side. There should be a large set of stairs leading down to the museum station, and a door beyond that leads to the Museum of History.
