Fallout 3 -- How to play add-ons (All torrents)?

I hav Fallout 3 for PC that I got via torrent. I also hav the add-ons: The Pitt and Point Lookout. Both are torrents and i would like to know how i can actually play them. The best answer will get 1000 points on here so help me out!! My AIM is fotbalplyr73 and my Yahoo messenger is harrisjr132003. HELP
