Lately I've had a problem where I have no problem falling asleep but only stay asleep for only 3-5 hours and then after that I cannot fall back to sleep completely. I use to sleep like this but was able to fall back asleep or just stayed asleep for the whole night. But lately I'll wake up after sleeping for only 3-5 hours and then wake up and sometimes go into these dreams where its like I'm half awake half asleep. I only stay in bed between 7-9 hours a night but I'd like to be sleeping the whole time. Some days I will wake up and feel rested and have no problem getting out of bed but other days it's tough to get out of bed (then again who doesn't have that problem especially if it is cold out). I don't know if its because I just lay their some days and don't get up or what. I don't want to use tylenol pm or any other medications because I use to sleep for 7 hours straight every night or more every night.....I've heard milk before bed helps... anybody got anything for me or even what my problem at the moment is called. :dizzy:
