FAKE! Xbox 360 120GB Hard Drive?

I found this cheap 120GB HDD on eBay, i looked on questions asked by seller and the person selling them says their OEM versions of the HDD i.e not the real deal

Its priced a £55 without box or data cable

Could Microsoft detect there not genuine and ban your console from LIVE, also would these HDD harm your Xbox at all?
