Fainting

:dizzy:Hi my brother is 16 years old and for a few years if he gets too hot he will faint, recently when he gets a sharp pain (twisted his ankle) he will faint. Yesterday he ate a medium hot chilli con carne and fainted onto the floor, his eyes rolled back and he fitted for a few seconds. The whole episode lasted only a few minutes but as you can understand i am quite worried about him. when he was a child he was tested for epilepsy and the results where negative. if you could throw some light on this i would apprieciate that.

It sounds like a seizure to me. He should probably get another EEG done.
It's more than just fainting if he had convulsions with it.
I have epilepsy, and I also have triggers like that, where if I get startled or hurt, I have a seizure. Just yesterday I twisted my ankle and fell, and then I couldn't walk for a minute or two because I was having a seizure in my leg.
