I just bought a used 1998 honda accord... within the last day or so I noticed a very faint whine with acceleration, I didn't notice it when I test drove the car, and I almost can't hear it inside the car, but I noticed it today when I had my window rolled down with my radio off. It seems to happen when I'm accelerating up to about 25-30 mph, then I can't hear it anymore. The A/C in the car doesn't work, I don't know if it has something to do with that. I just took the car in for an oil change yesterday and they didn't say anything looked suspicious.
