Faint line on pregnancy test?

I took 2 tests. One was definitely negative and the other had a faint, faded "pregnant" line. My last period was 3.5 weeks ago. Is this too soon for a definite answer or was that line probably a fluke? I'm having a couple symptoms- sore and very swollen breasts, queasiness(not vomiting) and cramps
