Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and Court?

I received a ticket for failure to stop at stop sign. I am going to court tomorrow. The details:
The officer knew of an obstruction at the intersection (large overgrown bushes) that prevents you from seeing oncoming traffic. Most people pass the stop sign to see past the bushes but stop briefly before entering the intersection making a right turn. Most treat it as a yield sign. I think he picked that intersection for that reason. The officer told me to ask the neighbor to cut down the bushes or contact the town about it. (Yes I got the ticket in front of my house.)
I have a video tape of 10 out of 12 vehicles running the stop sign. The other two vehicles only stopped because one was turning left, and the other had to wait for oncoming traffic.
Any advice?
Thank you Justin and Dubidiocho for your thoughtful answers. Your advice is greatly appreciated :)

You and Justin have the right idea. The lawful way to do that intersection is to fully stop at the sign and then proceed to see. It needs to be fixed and the Officer would like to see that happen. By explaining the problem and illustrating for the Judge he may order the fix and let you off with a warning or suspension and thank you for clarifying. It's worth the hassle.

Take pictures with you to court. I would plead not guilty in that case. If thats your only infraction you'll get nothing. Explain it right, call the judge "your honor" and look decent in court and you'll be ok.
