Failure to report violation of probation in Cook County, IL. What may the outcome be?

I'm on probation currently in Cook County, IL and my probation officer and I had some miss communication about report dates. So the day that I come in to see her is the day she files a violation for failure to report. I did not commit any other offenses, this violation is just for not reporting.

Its at the Skokie Court House with Judge G. Howard.
 
You won't go to jail but,she has to take the violation away since,you had a wrong date of the appointment.


next time get a card with the date and be there.
 
The schedule for you to report to your PO is one of the conditions of your probation as ordered by the court. That, in itself is a violation.. You don't have to commit any other offenses.
