My husband is in the marine corps and we are separtated, I am suppose to receive money on the 1st of every month (half of bah). This month was the first month this was suppose to happen. He failed to do so and received article 92. Meaning failure to obey order or regulation. We are also going through a domestic abuse case and he broke his MPO (military protective order) and so he has those things against him as well. He hasn't been charged with Assault on a female yet, but I just want to know what might happen at this point on the punishment of article 92
