They generally repeat the micro or if necessary do a fusion. Have you had a recent MRI, CT Scan? You might also consider a second opinion if you have not already. Good luck and please keep us posted.

When you say "failed".....have you re-herniated, are you still in pain or both? Can you give us more info? Any other spinal issues going on? Keep us posted.
