I had my UK practical driving test yesterday. The test was stopped instantly as the examiner noticed airbag light was on. She had to stop the test as she was unsure that the car was safe (understandably). I was using my instructors car, do I have any rights to my money back from my instructor for this? The test and the hourly rate of the car cost me £110!
