I'm locked out of my gmobile phone I got yesterday. (which I bought off of craigslist, the guy tells me he doesn't "know" his password and can't help.)
I was just going to factory reset, but when I went to do this, after holding the home+end buttons, it brings me to this weird white screen, with a horizontal red, blue, and green stripe. It also says "DREA100 PVT 32B

This is really frustrating and the last seller is a dope. I called the Tmobile people, but all the guy told me to do was "get a data plan, get a data plan, then you can log in" Which is stupid because I kept telling him it wasn't my google account to begin with!
But anyhow, does anyone know how to fix this? I googled, and found some other people with the same problem, but no solution.
