FACEBOOK We're confirmed friends, we can comment and wall post But we don't show...

...up in Chat when we're both on? Okay. Me, and a friend of mine, have tried everything now; I added her- she accepted, I can post on her wall, comment on pictures, she shows up on my friends list, and visa versa. HOWEVER, whenever we're online, all our other friends will show up- except eachother. This has been goin g on forever.
We've both tried deleting eachother, logging off, friend requesting again, and it's still not working.
Why is this and how do I fix it?

most likely you got different friends list try making a new friends list with just her on it and then see if shes online tell her to do the same
