Facebook profile photo thumbnail?

Hi, a lot of people on Facebook have a picture that displays on their Facebook pages, but does not exist in the folder for profile pictures. I think this is cool, but do not know how you do this.. Help, anyone? 10 pts guaranteed to a working solution
 
its really very easy !!!
just first set a profile picture then go to your profile pictures album click on the same picture to open this picture and click on edit this photo and then just move that photo to another album very easy .. ha ha
