facebook not loading probably in chrome, firefix, IE, and safari?

I tried restoring my laptop, no help. i installed the latest version of java, no help. i deleted ALL chache...still no help.
in IE i get this message....

i've also done..............
In Internet Explorer — Tools — Internet Options — Advanced tab
Check “Disable script debugging”
Click Apply, then OK.
