Facebook menus, chat, email threads out of sync?

facebook email threads no longer line up from top to bottom rather they are all over the place-to the left to the right, photos dont match replies. Also friends in the chat box names and photos disappear off to the right. menus in photo albums are gone. arrows to go from one photo to another are gone. all my posts are ok and my content ok its like the controls have gone out of sync. in settings all the instructions bleed off to the right of the page and overlap each other-things like that. Please help
using ie, its a new development, only have this prob with fb and only with menus and settings instructions email threads chat. it all works fine its just the look of it is out of whack-except that some menus are missing. everything else looks and works finefine
 
Perhaps your computer has a bug. What browser are you using? Maybe there's some sort of glitch. Does Facebook always act up, or is it a new development? Would rebooting your system fix it? Is it only Facebook that is giving you problems?

Facebook works fine for me right now, using Internet Explorer 8.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe someone else knows.
