Facebook link on Portal homepage?

If you have this banner on the top of your homepage are you able to click it? mine tells me 403 forbidden.

Glad to see it's not a problem specific to me, I get that same error. I also get it when I go to Email/Chat and select Facebook and I also get it when i type in m.facebook.com

i was just informed that there is some issue with both the WAP portal and RBT where people are encountering error between the hours of 4PM and 12AM MST. apparently cricket knows about the issue but it may persist for a couple more weeks. they specifically mentioned 403 errors.

Good to know. Anytime after 12 am central time on my phone and I have NO access to the wap besides the cricket homepage. Lasts usually until 6 am.

Hopefully they fix it soon.
