Facebook Confirmation code issues?

Ok, I've gone through the motions of doing this, and I'm done. I'm trying to get facebook text messages to work on my phone again, and every time I F, Fb or On to 32665, I get nothing back. I have verizon, which IS supported, I've asked for help from fb and all I get is an auto-message with crap I've already tried doing and even went to verizon and they don't know what's up. Is there anything else I can do that I haven't tried? I see people saying I can go to the mobile tab on FB and set it up from there, but that just gives me the "Pick your carrier and country, now send this to this number, now type out the CONFIRMATION CODE YOU GOT". IS there anything I can do guys, or is it just completely out of my hands? ; A ;
