Facebook Chat with the built in Nokia 6303 IM Client

Hi all, I want to use facebook chat with my Nokia 6303 using the build in IM client found in Menu > Messaging > IMs . I tried setting up a personal configuration in the Configurations Settings using: chat.facebook.com as the server. But it keeps on saying log in failed. Does the built in Nokia IM Client support Jabber/XMPP ? Am I doint something wrong?

I dont want to use an app because it cant run in the background. The IM client built in can run in the background like the built in email functions.

I appreciate any help given
