So my Facebook chat has not been working for the past couple months. When I am online, I can see all of my other friends who are online. But when I click on someone's name to chat with them, the green button for "online" immediately switches to grey for "offline"
Like if I talk to Bob, who is online, as soon as I click his name, it shows that he is no longer online.
I am not sure what is causing this problem, and I have googled possible solutions and found absolutely nothing. Any ideas?
