I can see who is online all the time but whenever i click on someone's name it says they've gone offline.. for every person i try. this has been going on for about a month now and it's getting really old. I don't have the toggles to switch on or offline for myself and i don't appear online to anyone else. I've tried emailing facebook help mail or whatever and they never get back... so i really need HELP! Thanks
