I restarted my BlackBerry and once EDGE became active, I had a facebook icon in my apps. So I clicked on it and it asked if I wanted to dl the facebook app. I did and wow, its beatiful and seamless!

Anyone else using it?

It'd be nice to have a MySpace one but since they are all hooked up with helio and danger I doubt it'll be anytime soon.

At least we are closer now :-)

(For the facebook app I love how 'upload to facebook' is bulit into the contextual menu for pictures!
 
yes the only reason im using the facebook app is to upload mobile photos....and the notifications

i use m.facebook.com if i ever want to look around..


myspace...eh forget about it. proud to say i deleted mine months and months ago
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~well I used to use facebook but some peoples I know refuse to switch so I was back at myspace. Though I have deleted my myspace account like 6x :-). After I saw the FB app I got a new FB account and totally dig it and the instant alerts!
 
yeah I use it too. much better than getting an email alert for a new message then going to the web site to read/reply. I downloaded it myself but seems that others are getting it pushed to their BB's by service book:

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ mine wasn't pushed to me, I dl it on my own..then deleted it cause I didn't really use it..THEN re added it for a fellow stacker that asked if I had an account! OY. But agaun I don't use it cause I use my BB messenger more.

The facebook app was one of the first things I downloaded! I love it so much.

I rarely use MySpace anymore, anyway. It's all about facebook now. :]

though there's little chance of a free myspace app coming out for bb owners (since they charge sk/helio owners), and quite a few of my friends don't want to make the transitition (despite Myspace being over run with crackers*, viruses, phishers, etc.) so I use mobile.myspace.com. actually works pretty well. wish the rest of myspace was so smooth.

cracker - someone who cracks acct info.
