Face-book Video says I need to download Adobe Flash player...?

We recently upgraded our internet and none of the settings are the same. I just got to where I can finally watch youtube videos again. Anytime I try to watch a video on Face-Book, a message where the video would play says you must down load the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I did so and the message still is there.. What am I suppose to do?

all you need to do is get on adobe.com and click on the box that says get adobe flash player and install it.
