face book bebo and myspace help?

ok my mum and dad wont let me have any on these but i have bebo and myspace i really want a facebook but i have to do it secretly and i have to erase all the evidence so when the search my computer they wont find anything help please
 
1) click tools

2) internet options

3) find where it says browsing history

4) click delete

5) click delete all
