fabricating a intake manifold for a chevy 305?

yes there is it will cost you a shit load of cash so really not worth it. but just in stall the unit and then install the thermostat.

I have been seeing the majority of the custom manifolds on the internet that did not have thermostat housing running through them? is their any way to seperate the coolent from the manifold so that I will be able to run a flat plait on the block?
ya but couldent you just cut off the old part for the thermo area so that it's seperate from the mainfold welding it is not the problem just knowing if the manifold needs to run coolent across the manifold or it can be on it's little onw seperate circut?
