Fabric paint is dry but its sticky?

Hi, I spray painted the fabric paint onto my nylon jacket, and set it to dry with blow dryer and had it dry for 2 days now. My problem is, I painted too much paint on the design, that it lefted some extra layer, and those layers are sort of sticky. Are there some kind of things I'm suppose to put on the paint after drying so it feel sticky?
