f700 phone freeze

i entered the wrong networklock code three times and the fones show phone freeze. i got the normal samsung usb. is there anything that i can do to unfreeze it without paying for it. and if i have to pay what do i do and what do i need.

U need an Qualcomm Expert...

Btw.: Do you know which Chip exactly works in this phone? MSM6... ?

Do you tried QPST, CDMA Workshop, Bitpim for Connection?

Maybe you can dump the Firmware? To learn more about this phone...

dont know how to dump firmware and dont think Bitpim works cuz i tried it but dont work. well if u want me to do something (anything that u think even if it breaks the fone) tell me now or tomorow cuz getting replacment on wednesday.
 
You need to know. Which COM is the DIAG...

Sometimes you need Qualcomm Driver... need to search for... I have no Link at the moment...

How to install Qualcomm Driver? I download it and don't know what to do with 4 files in .RAR Put it in system32? Does anybody know how to unlock this phone?
 
phone freeze problem cannot be solved with flashing .. u need to enter unfreeze code to fix it
