When you touch "Back" > Messages pop up? Phone freez?
I think it is a sensibility problem, becouse after the 10.000th sw update I push the screen forcefully and the touch worked!!! The phone freezed too.
Go to the Dialing screen (forcefully click or push the screen) When you have got the dial screen make a full reset: *2767*3855# and be happy!
You must be patient, becouse between the touches you must waiting!
I hope it will work! My phone is now repaired with this "solution".
