f480 make apps fullscreen?

Hi does anyone know how to make apps on the Tocco, like opera, full screen, so you don't have the bar at the bottom?

Sorry for taking this off the topic but I got another problem now.

WLM is now out on three on the F480, but when I download it says, "certificate error.
(Chain does not exist)"

It doesn't seem to work on my October firmware.
