F480 connect to PC??

My friend forgot his code to his F480 and i want to help him using kulankendi but both of us scratch our head wondering how we can connect it to PC.
It doesnt happen anything when we connect the usbcable to PC and we tried with holding camera button etc.
Is it not possible to connect it to PC if havent login to phone, phone now only at startup asking for security code??
We installed the driver and software included on samsung cd.

you need to install the samsung usb driver for qualcomm. i'm sure you can find it on here somewhere. i think you also need to put it in qualcomm mode by typing in *≠quausb≠. you can change it back to samsung (pc studio mode) by typing in *≠samusb≠.
