F480 auto restart. Help me .. :(

My phone is new, SW vs : f480sshe1
I type : *2767*3855# , it's restart with start screen and can't stop , auto restart, restart & restart, can't start with home screen normal ..
i flash with MultiLoader_V5.33, after click "Download" this tool show :
"Download Start Ch[0]
ERR : NAK_INVALID_LEN 0
ERR : Amss Erase"

HWK can't flash too ..

Please help me ..

2 things:

1: make sure you don't have sd card in slot
2. when you attach all 4 files before pressing download read and write 4 addreses on the right in format 0x...
