Does anyone know what the above named file is. It refuses to back-up every time I do a backup to my cards using BUB-VFS. Creator is F3BG, Size is: 184549 bytes, 251 records and it is a rsrc Type. All this per fileZ. I am tempted to just delete it, but any help in ID?ing it before I do would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's related to F3T3AgendaBG, a program that lets you change the background image in the Agenda view of the Calendar app. If you're not using F3T3AgendaBG, go ahead and nuke the file.

Never Had Fitaly, but I tried Agenda once, just because of the ability to change the background. It's funny that it just now showed up all of a sudden. I will delete it and thanks again for all your splendid advice.

The T3 had the ability, on the native Agenda view, to have a background image. This is the file that Telyx is referring to.

Agendus doesn't use that file type - just to be clear. ;)

Well I was sure until your last comment, MM. Does that mean I should or shouldn't delete the file? The only background I have ever used for the agenda is the blue one that is the default. Or should I leave well enough alone. The only problem is that I must hit yes during every card backup when it reaches this file, so it is not automatic. Your response would be appreciated.

Dr. Baer,

You know I use Agendus so this file is definitely not tied to Agendus.

Its not on my Treo 650 and it's not on my T5.

I think your save to delete it.

Hey MM
Does that mean I can delete it without bombing, or not? I only use the default blue background on agenda within datebook (the standard one). Or better yet, how do I load background images, for example my own pix? Thanks,
Rick

It's a resource file - not a program file so I'd say it's good to go. As long as it's not on ROM, of course.

To add a background to a T3 - can't remember - you'll have to check with Palm support on that one.

It's a file from F3T3AgendaBG. If you're not using that app anymore, it's safe to delete the file. You won't crash or lose the stock gradient-blue background image. If you want to add your own background image, though, re-install F3T3AgendaBG, then get CBIT 1.1 (search this site or PalmGear) and convert your own 480x480 images.

Well, I deleted it and the T3 is still humming along. Hotsync and BB-VFS work fine. Thanks again for all the helpful advice. It truly is appreciated.
