F22 swap in a Honda civic?

i want my boyfriend to put the engine and transmission from my 1994 Honda Accord into my 1994 Honda civic he knows it can be done but is worried he's going to run into problems because he has never done that swap before he knows how to work on cars he has been since he was a kid and to classes in school and now is a mechanic at a deal-ship so any info you can give me would help
