I have this eyeliner in black/brown

and I like how soft it is, and blends well (I like the smudged look), but there are two things I don't like:
1) The packaging is terrible!
2) It doesn't last all day
Could you suggest a god drugstore eyeliner that is soft and smudgable that has a good dark blackish brown color and doesn't fade quickly?

Haha, please excuse me for that clinique to drugstore thing!
I forgot to explain that the clinique one was a gift from an out of town relative, and in my ANNOYINGLY SMALL town all we have is a drugstore for makeup
