I am very allergic to eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner). My eyes turn bright red and itch for about three days. I have tried many different brands, even hypo-allergenic, and I always get the same reaction. I want to try getting my eyelashes tinted at a professional solon. Will I get a the same reaction from the tinting??
