Eyebrow Loss

Hello, I am 18 years of age and male. Recently, I have noticed that one of my eyebrows is becomming thin. I notice eyebrow hair is falling out and I dont no why. This is really annoying me and want to know why it is happening and if there is anything to do to make the hairs grow back and prevent further loss. I would really appreciate some help please. thanks
