i'm 15, in 10th grade, and am making eye shadow my signature look b/c no1 @ my school wears eye shadow...Anyways, i was wondering...
-what's the best way to apply eye shadow??? can you just put it on your eye lids???
-what's the best brand of eye shadow & what's your favorite shades???
-ANY OTHER TIPS THAT YOU CAN THINK OF WOULD BE NICE!!!
p.s.-i have large(r) brown eyes, and have to wear glasses, so i'm wondering what shades will make my eyes noticeable/pop from behind my frames...
