EYE MAKE UP for black & white photo ?

I am going to be taking some 'fantasy like' photos of my friend that will be presented in black and white.

How do i give her ' fairy eye makeup' that will look great in a black and white photo ?
So i do not necessarily need coloured eye shadow and all.

How to a emphasize her eyes & make them look fairy-like ?
