...anyone else out there? My wife and I have had an extremely bad experience dealing with Stuart Carson of ALS Home Insulations in Jandakot, Western Australia. In short we hired ALS Home Insulation to complete a job in our families new house. Stuart Carson made several assurances to us that have turned out to be false - in some cases we feel we were straight out lied to. As well as the lies the required job was done to an extremely poor standard, done so badly in fact that we had to pay someone else to come and do it again. We have tried to deal with Stuart Carson and ALS home insulations amicably, but all of our requests seem to fall upon deaf ears. I'm really just wondering if anyone else out there has had similar experiences?
