Well basically this is a really crapped up situation. I'm not gonna lie i download a hell of a lot and Virgin have introduced caps on speed that completely make downloading at my 10Mb speed impossible. I really want go to Sky or another phone line supplier but i cant because the BT line is absolutely terrible. The phone is horrid to talk on, however it seems to of picked up recently. However this is not what i care about. We get internet from sky free because we have their best TV package but it just wont bloody work.
I know it's set up right because i did my relatives for them and it works perfectly. When the sky worked it cut off after 5 mins and would never come back on, so basically i only got 5 mins of internet time and now it just wont work at all.
I have tried ringing sky and they just told me " Im sorry sir, its a problem in your area" If this is true then why the hell do 3 of my neighbours have it and it works!!!! They're so damn annoying.
If anyone can help me with this, they will have my eternal love

I need help fixing the sky so i can swap, i need to be able to download large ammounts during the day for work reasons as well as personal.
